Maplegrove Farm History since 1992...

Since 1992….

Maple Grove Farm was purchased by Mike and Lori Lowe in April of 1992. It was in a total state of disrepair and neglect. Restoration of the farm house took over seven months just to get it to a condition so the Lowe’s could live in it.

Since April of 1992, Mike and Lori have worked diligently to renovate the old mansion and update it with modern living conveniences while staying true to the period in which it was built. They have also restored the large barn, updating it with 36 new windows and gallons and gallons of paint. Mike and Lori built an indoor riding arena and horse barn on the property in 1993. New fence, new watering systems, and lots of tree planting have been done around the farm to enhance its working ability.
